“What happened to me is what is happening in the world today. The problem is the mainstream thinking that gives rise to hatred, conflict and divisiveness. It doesn’t matter what they are saying, it’s irrelevant. You are altruistic!

“To change a projection by an old-fashioned movie projector, we must change the film. Attacking the screen on which the projection is viewed does not solve the problem depicted. When we understand that our reality is a projection, we begin to realize that attacking the movie screen does not work. It is then that we learn how to change our thoughts and beliefs in the correct way.

“We refrain from hating. We do not hate schoolyard bullies, criminals, segments of the population we once disliked, those who degrade us, or those who instigate conflicts or wars. By doing so we stop the cycle and free ourselves from experiencing more of the same. Our problems then begin to diminish. If we use affirmations to change our beliefs, we can protect ourselves from further harm and move rapidly in a positive direction.

“The secret is to change what you focus on and change the belief that you are a victim.

“What you focus on you get more of. Love attracts and hate attracts. The thoughts and feelings you entertain form events in this life, and they become the basis for your next existence.

“You can predict your future. Simply examine your thoughts and emotions twice a day for a month. To whatever degree you focus on what you do not want you create more of the same. If you are focused on people you hate, or if you are fearful, then you will meet those people you hate again and whatever you fear will follow you. That pattern will follow you from life to life until you learn to get rid of those thoughts and feelings.

“There is no “black and white, good and evil polarity” or karma, but you do attract what you focus on. If you focus on injustice, you can fuel conflict and then that conflict can escalate. When you harm others you only harm yourself.

“If there is a person or group you heartily dislike, use affirmations to shift your worldview and thinking. Otherwise, those you dislike will show up again and again.

“At the level at which creation takes place you choose future lives that will help you to dispense with negative, inaccurate and limited concepts. If you dislike a certain race, for example, you may choose to be born as a member of that race in your next life.

“People who hate may be in your family, they may be acquaintances, or they may be in positions of power such as political leaders and community leaders. They may feel completely justified in their hatred because of their beliefs. The only way to avoid harm is to make sure that you do not make the same mistake. It doesn’t do any good to hate people who hate.

“If you attack those whom you believe wronged you with hatred, or those who seem to be causing problems in the world, be it unprovoked aggression or excessive rules and regulations, you draw more of the same to you. The appropriate response is to realize that they harm only themselves.

“Those who attack what they do not like will attract more of the same and will never escape it no matter what their actions may be until they change their thinking. Wars are a product of the hatred of one nation’s citizens toward another nation. The cycle will continue until we learn not to hate and to shift our thinking to focus on what we want. When we stop hating, wars and conflicts will cease.

“Use the law of attraction to draw what you want into your life. The thoughts you are having now will create your future. Your power is in the present moment. Believe that you are a good person and that all events work toward good. Know that you deserve to experience an exceptional life full of love, creativity and personal fulfillment. Trust yourself and trust the universe itself.”
