Physicalism is the problem
Physicalism gives us the seemingly cold and uncaring world we live in now. There is absolutely no reason for you or anyone to suffer. The problems in the world today do not need to exist. Not for you, not for anyone.
We are all connected. We are individuals, yet we are also all one. We cannot sustain our civilization with our current institutions and beliefs. We must change our underlying models on which these institutions are based.
Democracy and free enterprise are the right models on which to base a civilization. However, competition is overrated. We tend to use democracy and free enterprise as if survival of the fittest was our only guideline. We need more compassion and caring in our worldviews and in our institutions.
Everyone can have abundance and food on the table. That will happen when our civilization is based on the correct science.
